SHOP ORDERS

Are returns available?

Our policy lasts 14 days after your order is marked as delivered. If 14 days have passed since you received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What happens if I receive a wrong/damaged product?

Please send an email to evesworldbuilding@gmail.com to report the problem. In the title of the email please put - Please include your order number and attach a clear, well-lit picture of the item.

For damaged items, please also send a photo of the packaging as it arrived.

Are exchanges available?

If you wish to exchange an item, then you will need to issue a return and then order a new item. You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs incurred.

CUSTOM COMMISSION ORDERS

Are returns & exchanges available?

Returns & exchanges are not available on commission orders as they are custom items.

What happens if I receive my order damaged?
